Game 1: Nuggets Take First Game

Denver came away with a 96-77 win over the Los Angeles Lakers in game 1. The Nuggets had 6 players in double digits, led by Taylor MacKenzie, who had 28 points. Stan Griffiths (11 rebounds) and Dennis Anderson scored 14 each, while Vince MacMahon was solid off the bench with 11. Borislav Perko (11 assists) and Axel Donnelly both contributed 10.
For the Lakers, the Big Three didn't really fire, but Jessie Bonner had a great night with 23 points. Theo Hadson had a below par night with 13, while Dakota Kane (12 points, 12 rebounds) and Otto Neumann (11) both had minor contributions.
With this win, the Nuggets have the early ascendency in the series.

Game 2: Nuggets Take Second Home Game

The Nuggets were too strong for the Lakers at home, winning 104-96 in game 2. Taylor MacKenzie had the hot hands once again, with 37 points. Stan Griffiths had a great game, with 22 points and 8 rebounds. Vince MacMahon was the spark Denver needed off the bench with 19, while Borislav Perko picked up a triple-double with 10 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists.
After an indifferent first game, Theo Hadson stood up in this one, scoring 34. Jessie Bonner continued his fine form with 29. Steven MacMahon (20 points, 10 assists) and Dakota Kane (13 points, 13 rebounds) both had great nights statistically as well.
The Nuggets head into Los Angeles with a 2-0 series lead.

Game 3: Nuggets Surge to Win

The Nuggets erased a 13 point deficit in the 4th quarter to win by 90-84 in Los Angeles. They were led by another outstanding performance by Taylor MacKenzie. This time, he scored 41 points. Vince MacMahon (22) was the only other double-digit scorer for the Nuggets, as Dennis Anderson and Stan Griffiths both recorded 8 points each.
It was another impressive display by Jessie Bonner, who scored 33. Steven MacMahon once again scored 20 points, while Archibald Sheehan had a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
After coming into the 4th quarter losing by 71-61, the Nuggets out-scored the Lakers by 29-13 in the 4th. Denver is now 1 win away from winning a series against the Lakers for the first time.

Game 4: Denver Sweeps LA!

The Nuggets completed the sweep, beating the Lakers 101-85 in game 4. Denver's hopes once again rested on Taylor MacKenzie's shoulders and he did not disappoint, as he dropped 49 on the night. Stan Griffiths made a meaningful contribution with 15 points and 8 rebounds, while Steven Hunt scored 12.
For the Lakers, it was a recurring theme, as Jessie Bonner top scored with 28. Theo Hadson had a better night, scoring 20, while Archibald Sheehan registered his second straight double-double with 10 points and 14 rebounds.
This series win is the first Denver have ever recorded against the Los Angeles Lakers.
