Hornets add on 1 more to their losing streak before winning 2 in a row
Gordon and Hornets can't beat former team.
Hornets (35-24) @ Bulls (29-31)
Final Score: 85-92
After tonights loss the Hornets are now on a five game losing skid. They stuck with the Bulls the whole way and actually had a ten point lead, but no one could finish a shot in the second half and the Hornets team crumbled under pressure. The only one hitting for the Hornets was Rasual Butler off the bench who led the team in scoring with twenty-seven. David West put it to his old team that traded him away winding up with a double-double. Ben Wallace pulled down boards as much as the Hornets were missing. After this game people are really wondering if the Hornets are contenders or pretenders, but that's no tthe only question, how about the job security for head coach Byron Scott?

The Hornets finally win a game and in electrifying fashion. The team finally blew up and everyone played great. Especially Paul, who is starting to show flashes of a Pistol Pete. Not only did Paul do great and Gordon finally scored back in the twenty point range, but Tyson Chandler finalyl blew up with an AMAZING defensive showcase with six blocks. The Jazz foundit hard to get some offense going, especially since the Hornets had more than twenty-five steals and more than ten blocks. Coach Byron Scott, "Once again our defense showed up and got us a win, the guys were extatic, this was like winning a playoff game, it's always great to get out of a slump." GM Casey Lee said, "The team looked great, but we gotta keep this up, playoffs are around the corner, we can't afford another skid like we just endured."

Tyson Chandler has finally came out of his shell just in time for playoffs to start. Just two rebounds away from a double-double, Chandler has finally found that offensive touch as well as becoming a defensive monster...NEXT BIG BEN? Who knows all we know is that the Hornets are back and have won two in a row behind Chris Paul who has sixty-one points in the last two games. With only twenty games left this season for the Hornets, it couldn't be a better time to start getting hot, fans are just hoping it keeps up. GM Casey Lee said on the teams play, "This is the team fans got used to at the beginning of the season and that the media was starting to forget, but I think the team finally embroided it into the media's heads that were are contenders and that we are gonna bring it home for the city of New Orleans, but don't forget about my promise New Orleans, we will bring home a division title too.
