Nah I just changed their default playbooks... everyone has the same (Pick & Roll, Iso and a few others) so I gave them more position specific ones. That being said, if you go through and edit every players individual tendancy ratings you can pretty much override the playbooks. The higher the tendancy (i.e if Kobe has 90 for mid range) the more shots they'll actually take.also, what's your main slider adjustments?
Tendancies... the key thing is to get them taking the kind of shots you want them to take. Once you get that sorted it's easy to work things out from there.
