www.gameliveevents.com - check the Spring Tour dates. We have NBA Street on display and playable. Mention NBA-LIVE Series center to the bald bearded guy.

All I've seen about this game is some ads in SLAM and The Source, and one in a friends little brothers copy of inside stuff. Looks good, nice touch how the nba players wear the shirt under the jersey and some jeans or w/e.
Mon Apr 21, 2003 5:04 pm

Tue Apr 22, 2003 2:24 am

No, it was supposed to come out on the 29th but they released it all over the place on friday. They don't seem to have it here in Canada yet but the US deffinetly does...

here the game comes out on may 1. gonna buy it that day
Thu May 01, 2003 6:03 am
I bought it Saturday. It's better than Street Hoops. The graphics are better. It has better moves. It's almost like NBA Jam Street Ball or something. If only it had multiplayer and real street ballers.

Man consolers are spoilt...i'd shell out the money for a ps2 just for this game. If i had the money that is
. I kinda prefer the faster pace of the first game..but other than that..this game is tops.

I got the game yesterday and it's awesome. It's also very challenging and has loads of great features.
Fri May 02, 2003 7:01 pm
Has it been released in australia? If so, fuck 2k3, I'll addict nba street 2

I got it on Tuesday for xbox. Here's some gripes:
-The xbox controls aren't the best for this game. In order to pull off the tricks that require all three turbo buttons I have to awkwardly hold both triggers and click down on the left analog stick (which is also the direction controller), which has left me with a carpel-tunnel claw for a left hand. And, even though all the xbox buttons aren't really used, it only gives three different controller configs, two of which are exactly the same(!), and none of which allow me to change the turbo buttons.
-This game seems like another case of EA developing for the ps2 first, then porting it for xbox. The graphics look like ps2, & the contols seemed designed for the ps2.
-Even though this is an NBA jam/arcade type bball game, I really wish they would have included a setting to allow you to play more realistically. While they do have several different game options for game settings, there is nothing that stops players from doing unrealistic above the backboard jumps. It just would have been nice to have a more realistic street ball mode.
Have to run; I'll try to mention some of the good stuff later.
