I got it on Tuesday for xbox. Here's some gripes:
-The xbox controls aren't the best for this game. In order to pull off the tricks that require all three turbo buttons I have to awkwardly hold both triggers and click down on the left analog stick (which is also the direction controller), which has left me with a carpel-tunnel claw for a left hand. And, even though all the xbox buttons aren't really used, it only gives three different controller configs, two of which are exactly the same(!), and none of which allow me to change the turbo buttons.
-This game seems like another case of EA developing for the ps2 first, then porting it for xbox. The graphics look like ps2, & the contols seemed designed for the ps2.
-Even though this is an NBA jam/arcade type bball game, I really wish they would have included a setting to allow you to play more realistically. While they do have several different game options for game settings, there is nothing that stops players from doing unrealistic above the backboard jumps. It just would have been nice to have a more realistic street ball mode.
Have to run; I'll try to mention some of the good stuff later.
