1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated (imported preferred)
1 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste
1 1/2 tbsp. basil

I have some of the nicest recipes ever conceived. I like to think of myself as abit of an amateur chef, I love to cook meals from scratch, especially pasta dishes, and I'm honestly pretty good at it, Im naturally a good cook, as I think most men are. I've had a go at a few deserts, chocolate mouse is really easy and really good, I also used to make my own icecream when I was younger. We've just bought a brand new oven for the flat, so I geuss I'll be cooking alot in the next few weeks.
