custom global to lessen my work in Cf body edits...

Muscle and Sweat Global 2.0 [wet oily ] OA just my preference
adds new sweat and muscle definition, enhance players arms to my preference without body edits.
put a little light on arms to make the sweat more visible
may looks better in high settings, i'm in medium graphics settings

hehe made it in my preference with low specs... good in mine with medium settings. the firs first version not that much sweat, thats why i labaled it oily.
