The sweat effect is way to strong, all the players look like there covered with Vaseline.

hehe made it in my preference with low specs... good in mine with medium settings. the firs first version not that much sweat, thats why i labaled it oily.

Maybe his jaw is coming out a little much? otherwise, the eyes/face shape looks good!. Not sure who you used as a base, but it was a good choice.

Looking good man, great that you decided to work on him. If you need higher res pictures, i have two of them. One with headband and long beard, one without headband and goatee.

Looking better! I think the lack of hair around his ear (sideburn area) just needs to be looked at (Which you are probably already working on).
