I'm working on a workaround so face modders can get a similar mapped texture without the extra hassle. Using a 2k14 UV layout I edited it to the proportions of 2k15 textures. Its about 90% complete.

Where can I find atlanta hawks jerseys textures? I've been searching for them in 0k archive but there are only practice jerseys textures...(
For example I found easily Warriors jerseys in 1F archive)

Hawks uniform was patched, so for now, it's not editable, but it will be in the next release of this tool.

well im about to give up on modding this year. i spent way too much time attempting to edit uniforms and had absolutely no luck and very little help in solving my issue, so i decided to give fixing some skin tones a try and now im experiencing game crashing to desktop. is it not possible to edit skin tones of players yet or am i just doing something wrong again? all i did was lighten the skin tone of allen crabbes face, hair, legs and chest dds files in gimp and imported them back in and applied changes. all dxt and mipmaps all line up but when i try to start a blazer game or edit him in roster edit screen i get CTD. does my problem have something to do with gimp? is there a step or a function im not doing or am doing incorrectly? this is very frustrating!

First get the whole body obj file using the program. Open blender import the obj. Go into edit mode, and press p then select by loose parts. This should break the model down into individual parts. Now just delete everything you don't want and export.as obj.

I have great success importing them in png. I have no problems.

Yes some testing that we did using DDS files from gimp produced errors, because of their problematic dds header. I'd recommend to use photoshop with nvidia dds plugin

ok, thanks greg. ill try and get a hold of photoshop. kevin suggested it rather than gimp but didnt explain why, that makes more sense now.

hopefully that was the problem and i can get this sorted because looking at the awful job 2k did with my blazers uniforms was keeping me from even wanting to play the game, sounds petty i know but to think of all the detail they put into the tats on players chests that you cant even see or the camera behind the frickin backboard and then slaughter so many of the jerseys, one of the things you see most in an nba game is just not right.

one last thing. has anyone been able to edit neck type on jerseys yet? is it something that would need to be done through hex editing and is it tied to the roster files like years past?

Greg, it´s possible a little attention on courts files, floor bump file. In your tool it´s a DDS DTX5, but it´s not. If we try to edit and save as DTX5 (with alpha) destroy texture ingame and not working.

As i said before, in olds 2k, this file is a BMP with alpha.... just working if we can export like a BMP, edit, and save as BMP again. Never work as DTX5.

Any news about next release? I´m try to edit some stuffs on 1O and 1P, and your actual version not working with this files.

I have no problem importing the bmp file as dds you have to save it as dds 32 bit argb and then import it back as dxt5 mini map 11 . it wont work the reflections move to far from body when increasing this effect.

It's not DXT5. Don't know where you got the idea that it is in this tool. They're this format:

It's not DXT5. Don't know where you got the idea that it is in this tool. They're this format:

Just waiting new version for Greg´s tool to working on 30 courts. New reflections (like 2k9) and update some floor colors and textures! =)

Just a simple question does anyone knows what file type for the font and numbers of jersey's to save and import cause im tryinig to save as DXT5 but it gives me an error.. i hope there's a solution for that

The fonts are in an uncompressed dds file with pixelformat a8r8g8b8. I just worked on previewing them on the tool, i never tried to modify them. I also noticed some very weird issues with the font texture sizes, i have no idea why they were like that in the original files, but the whole situation is pretty "unstable". If you eventually make it on loading custom fonts, please post your results here :D

thnks for the help greg, with photoshop im able to import the jerseys no problem. cant say the same for the players arms and legs skin though. getting crash to desktop still.

can someone verify if im doing something wrong? please try and edit the skin tone of allen crabbe hes archive 288847 offset 173277761 in blazers 1E. i can import a cyberface in no problem but if i edit the arms it ctd. whats odd is his skin tone is way too dark and even if i make his cf practically white, in game he is still dark. is skin tone linked to something else this year?

well when i download it, i go to the download carpet and extract the files. it says winrar messsages error-operation failed
