What's the stupid point of the list if you cant include active players?
Most of the NSLC are under 30-ish so they HAVE to have at least one active player amongst all-time favs.
1) Steve Francis (Reason I fell in love with basketball)
2) Bill Russell (Watched a lot about him and Wilt in the last couple of years. I consider him the best person in sports history and the most underrated in NBA history)
3) Wilt Chamberlain (You can't bang 20,000 women, score 100 points and grab 55 rebounds against Russell and not be on this list. And people consider Rodman the best reboudner ever. Pfffft)
4) Tracy McGrady (The Natural)
5) Paul Pierce (Old mans game + Attitude. Was great to watch)
6) Tim Duncan (Simple, Humble, Great)
7) Vince Carter (There isn't one NLSC member that at one point didn't want to dunk like him. Best dunker ever, not even close)
8) Rajon Rondo ( scrappy, arrogant, full of himself. Love him or hate him)
9) Allen Iverson (He gave everything he had for Philly. Heart of a champion)
10) Dwyane Wade (Pre-LeBron) (Before he became this pompous, constantly injured douchebag , he was a great, great, great player to watch)
If someone actually reads my post, they'll notice a lack of greats on my list. I loved watching MJ,Kobe,Lebron and Magic, but they were just so fake and full of shit that I couldn't relate to them as being a true fan. KG and Shaq were complete jackasses, I've never cared about Malone and Stockton, all the great 90's centers can't measure up to Wilt and Russell, and because I grew up watching 2000's basketball, I couldn't put Larry Bird over any of these players on my list.
EDIT: I love Barkley as an announcer, but I've never actually watched him play apart from the lone finals he was in.
