exrxixxx, there are only 2 quality settings in NBA 2K14, low and high. Low quality uses static uniforms, high quality uses the moving uniforms. When compared to 2K12, which actually had a "low" PS2 quality setting, 2k14's low settings = 2K12's medium settings.
the 2Kx or the 3DM tools have never been able to properly export the moving cloth models. We simply have not been able to edit them. What TP has found is the 3D data for these moving uniforms, in hex.
The 3 models are thin/fat/regular
So, this data in the cloth_u.iff file (all practice uniforms use U, so easier to edit IMO) is located with the following hex offsets
Thin Model - 52FC
Fat Model - 7D9FC
Regular Model - 4167C
If you want an isolated look at these parts, I exported them with 2Kx tool. data starts at 51D0 in each file. These offset will probably work in the other cloth files too
