Why does this need to be so hard? The logic in NBA Live alley oops back in the day was whoever was close to the rim would receive the oop. Even if I was facing the other way, I wouldn't care because I should still be passing to the guy running to the hoop. Even so, Square+X for an alley oop is atrocious.

But yeah they definitely need to get that sorted, it's hella annoying.
