how do you give your cyberface that shiny look adds detail?

Ive been wondering what tool do you use to give your cyberface a bunch of detail that mnakes it look life like like king james does in all his patches they look real shiny and detailed can any body tell me how to do that pleaseeeeeeeeee!! thanks[/img][/list]

the shines is on the pics he uses to make his faces and too much shine mkes it look bad
now this aint a patch request and just keep all the n00b questions in 1 thread

but when I use the airbrush tool it just sprays out black ink how do you get it to spray out the proper color of the bhed? thanks for the responses
