how do you give your cyberface that shiny look adds detail?

Ive been wondering what tool do you use to give your cyberface a bunch of detail that mnakes it look life like like king james does in all his patches they look real shiny and detailed can any body tell me how to do that pleaseeeeeeeeee!! thanks[/img][/list]

the shines is on the pics he uses to make his faces and too much shine mkes it look bad

you dont create the shine, its on the pic or its not

but when I use the airbrush tool it just sprays out black ink how do you get it to spray out the proper color of the bhed? thanks for the responses

this a good example you see how shiny the head is and how the face matches the the whole background how do you do this?
