I hear healthy routine(which isn't actually hard to follow) for hair can grow hair back or prevent hair loss. I am going to try that for now. I will post the result.

why would you say that? i currently use head & shoulders
It is usually recommended for people with dandruff to use Nizoral 1 or 2 times a week at the most, but people who want to maximise its potential to help stop hair loss and aid in regrowth, should really consider using it at least 3 times a week but no more than 4 times, any more that would be unnecessary.

To sum up, Nizoral might have a 3-pronged attack in fighting hair loss: sebum reduction, anti-DHT and anti-inflammation.

The first is stress. This can speed up eventual hair loss and should be reduced as much as possible. If you worry a lot, then you need to find a way to minimise this.
The second is having very high testosterone levels. If you wish to slow down your hair loss, you'll need to rid yourself of any ambition you have to becoming a champion weightlifter. Exercise by all means, but don't go mental in the weights room. I'm sure you can get your testosterone levels checked by your doctor.
But if genetically you're not meant to lose any more hair than you've already lost, then stress and weightlifting won't matter.
