although you've given up sodas, don't substitute those with juices....although juices are good for you, too much is not good for your teeth & has a bit of a sugar in it (even if it's mostly natural sugars)....atm, I'm down about 13-14 pounds....only drink around tends to be juice, but I don't have it everyday....maybe a glass every few days....it's better to eat the actual fruit IMHO....
