fiber supplements also pretty much have the opposite effect you'd want unless you drink about twice as many fluids. Never worked for me either. Joes right: if you can: eat the foods, they'll be filling and dont require the extra effort to work correctly.

although you've given up sodas, don't substitute those with juices....although juices are good for you, too much is not good for your teeth & has a bit of a sugar in it (even if it's mostly natural sugars)....atm, I'm down about 13-14 pounds....only drink around tends to be juice, but I don't have it everyday....maybe a glass every few days....it's better to eat the actual fruit IMHO....

Good luck with the weight loss man, I know its hard but the only thing stopping you is your self. I'll be following this myself because i'm trying to loose weight too. (To impress the ladies

So im signing up to a gym on monday febuary 16th. Finally found a cheap gym to join where you pay 25$ a month for 6 months. So my question to you guys is what exercises should i do to help lose weight and get into basketball shape. I am coMmited to go to the gym 6 days a week for atleast an hour. My diet is going well im currently at 217 lbs. My main concern is to lose weight but soon i want to build muscle. So what exercises in the gym will help me. I listen too all tips. When it gets warmer out I will jog a mile every morning.
