Garbajosa isn't playing that great right now, but it doesn't mean he should be traded. He's the type of player every team wants, someone who works hard and does the little things. He's also a very smart player. As for Martin, I agree he shouldn't be playing as much as he his, but he was never brought in to play. The Raptors signed him more as a coach to help Jose develop. His contributions aren't seen on the court, but I'm certain he's been a huge help to the team.
I don't know if the Raps really need a major deal to be made right now either. Maybe Jones or Peterson will go (and I hope it's not Mo Pete

), but I honestly think the Raptors have a solid team, and saying 'wait another year for the players to develop' is actually true this year, unlike past years. We've got Ford, Calderon, Graham, Bargnani, Pape Sow (to some extent) and of course Bosh, and all of them appear to be turning into solid players for the future. I really like what Colangelo has done with this team, and to be fair, no-one expected Garbajosa and Parker to contribute like this so signing Jones wasn't a mistake even though he's not playing much.
