yeah, I have that same problem... some of the generated rookies has that glitch

that is not a glitch - that is missing texture of goatree or something i think

its in the PC and Xbox360 verions also its a missing texture or a inproperly implemented one.

They rarely create blonde type and haired type. And its quite annoying to see the same pic every year
