These things are written in the manual guys.
Anyways, on the PS2 if you click the R3 button on offense, you get options to choose a paticuliar player, I don't know what it is on the PC.
(Btw, the R3 button is the Right Analog Stick.

R3 is not convenient at all..... L3 would be much better as I've set that up with the ps2 controller on the PC version.
