How do you walk?

I'm curious on how the pc is able to walk the ball down the court, what is the button to make your controlled player walk instead of running?

gotta use a gamepad and slightly move the left stick in the direction you want to walk

Back in the day you could walk by holding down Direct Pass but with the introduction of Freestyle Control in NBA Live 2003, the game has been geared towards a dual analog controller and as Jao said, takes advantage of pressure sensitive sticks.

Oh my, so are you saying that i need somekind of a controller to walk? well, don't have time for that. LOL

Yes, you need a controller with dual sticks. I suppose you could get a similar effect by tapping the arrow keys but it'd look a bit awkward.
