ok, i posted this in the old forum...but ill just post it again. (BTW my old username doesnt work) any way
i want to play with some of the old rosters like 96/97 but the ratings are to low, so can some one please tell me the following things
-tweaked roster formular
-what software do u use
-where do i put in the formular
-or hpow dp i use the formular
