In my opinion these will be the top 2 pick of the 2009 NBA Draft.

Blake Griffin 6'10" 250 lbs PF
7 games
25.6 PPG (5th overall)
17.3 RPG (1st overall)
2.7 APG
2.0 SPG
0.9 BPG
68% FG
61% FT
12.28 FTA (1st overall)

- A relentless rebounder
- Winning attitude
- Mindless killer instinct
- Good ball handler and passer
- A ridiculous athlete
- Aggressiveness, built like a bull

James Harden 6'4" 218 lbs SG
7 games
26.3 PPG (3rd overall)
7.0 RPG
4.0 APG
1.9 SPG
58% FG
81% FT
50% 3PT

- One of the best all around player
- Crafty player with great vision and offensive skills ala Brandon Roy
- Can shoot, handle and pass at a high level
- Great fundamentals and intangibles
- A leader, a team player
- Very cerebral

Who's your pick??? and why? :D and what team would they fit in better ?
Asus A8N-SLI Premium
Amd Opteron 165
Corsair XMS 1GB DDR
XFX 6800XT 256GB DDR3

Why don't you just go for both? Seemed to work out for you.

And i'd go for Griffin.

History suggests that Griffin is the more likely pick being a big man but I guess it depends on who ends up winning the lottery. If the Thunder or Wizards end up with the first overall pick, I'd expect Griffin would be selected in either case.

Teams always go big, so outside of injury or an unexpected slump, Griffin is looking good at top of the draft....as for Harden, at the moment he seems to be locking himself in as a top 5 pick (although the same got said about Roy, but he dropped to like 7th or something, even though he shouldn't have got past Bobcats at 3)....

BLAKE GRIFFIN.

Dude's just a beast. He might be a beasticon. In my opinion, the only weakness for him is that he seems to go out of his way to make spectacular plays, causing him to screw up occasionally.

Since all focus and talks about Tyler Hansbrough has faded away along with his draft stock, and that goes for the self proclaimed best big man coming out Norte Dame Luke Harangoody. I believe that the Big 12 is going be dishing out some more best lottery picks. Look at the names Kevin Durant, LaMarcus Aldridge, Michael Beasley, and now Blake Griffin according to NBADraft.net he's targeted as a 2nd pick in the 1st round like the rest that's named.
