Unless you want to have a very loosely moderated forum, you'll probably want to draft some basic rules that you'd like everyone to follow. Finding the right balance between keeping order and giving people enough leeway to have fun and discuss things passionately is an ongoing endeavour but it helps if you establish what's allowed and what isn't, and what will happen to people who break the rules.
