How to save stuff from the shop...

Anyone know how to save stuff you buy in the NBA shop? I've bought several things in there, and saved the game but next time I play the jersey, for example is still unlocked!

Anyone know what I do wrong?

On the PC version, it remains unlocked without you having to do anything. For the console versions, you must go to Options -> Load/Save -> Save Settings
