Fri Nov 21, 2003 11:07 pm

Does anyone know how to avoid CPU fast breaks? That's really too often happens.

It shouldn't do, try turning gamespeed down. Get back on D.

just don't play with CPU.
only play with your friends. don't press R1 when dribbling, don't play counter attack...and all fast break will disappear.. :-)

It's only a question of defense. When you release a shot, run back like the hell to gain a good defensive position. Go for the CPU point guard as soon as possible and stick to him like glue. Use the steal button and he couldn't make a 40-yards pass.

Setting crashboards and boxout to off may help too. Try setting pressure high to the CPU PG and doubleteam him when launching his fastbreak.

I suffered this problem in my early games, but right now I'm controlling the defensive balance very well and they don't run easily.
