CURRENT ROSTER UPDATE + REAL SHOES PATCH 0.1

What's new:

:arrow: NBA team rosters and free agents list accurate as of May 22nd
:arrow: Updated salaries for all players
:arrow: Improved ratings, mainly based on 2008/09 season statistics
:arrow: Accurate shoes for the majority of players (click here for shoelist)

Added recent transactions and fixed some flaws, basically a minor update.

It seems that almost nobody plays Live 04 anymore... :-( Where have all patchers (roseblade13, ryff, ehlomint) gone???

Did you ever make a Chris Paul cyberface???? I'm still looking for a good one for Live 2004......

And I think they're accurate as of 2004...

I only know to use DBC Commander...

One way is to modify their birthdate.

For example: Shaq was born in 1972... so in 2004 he was 32

If you put that he as born in 1968, the game will automatically say that he's 36



It's an idea, i don't know another one. Cheers!

Thanks for a great idea, it is a shame that I haven't thought about it. Although, then bio data will be incorrect, but I think it could be sacrificed
Will definitely use your method in next release

The bio data will be incorrect but it won't crash the game i think...

It is the safest way i know...

Hey, 1 suggestion...

I was playing a matchup with the Suns and i watched that Stoudemire has the slow pro step. He moves like Shaq when he's one of the fastest PF in the league.

If you can do something, take a look.

How do you install the update? I did everything the read me said. all I got was the mcdonalds Im loving it thing on the screen. sorry for asking a dumb question.

Davis, i looked in NBA 2004 and the season is 03-04... so we need to add 5 years to each player...

So Shaq for example, was born in 1967. I will try to do in all the players dbf.


NOTE: I'm using your 0.3 version

It's a Rar file that contains the 000 folder where I have the rosters...


I modified the players.dbf and I added 5 years to everybody... It's pretty boring but it's done.



NOTE: Please take a look to Atlanta Roster in game... Because only appears Al Horford... i didn't touch other thing apart of the birthdate

Your download does no work for me... :(
I have already done the age fix - I think it is far easier to do it with MS Excel find/replace function (ctrl + h).
About Hawks roster - you must have left few blank fields in TEAM or ORIGTEAM.
Thanks for the Stoudamire suggestion, any other thoughts about the roster?

CRU v0.4 (bug fixed)

Updated player ages (+5 years for everybody). Props to Alejandrov for the idea
Minor updates for accessories, ratings, career packages and lineups

There should be no more problems with crashing..

I discovered what happened with ATL Roster...


The last row is what corrupts the roster, is all empty and automatically goes to ATL because is the 0 team. But i don't know how to delete it
