re-order roster

i noticed in my game starbury is in the reserves and Duhon is starting..i dont really care if this is like this in real life but i want starbury to start...however, when i adjust the rosters, i cant coz the game says, i cant move a player into the active lineup with 0 minutes....how can i increase this minutes bar?

I had same issue until I figured it out. I used the mouse to change minutes. It should say minutes with left and right arrow, use the mouse and decrease minutes of one player and then increase them for the reserve, once this is done you can then switch spots.
