You have to pick the target application which is the .exe file of the game
(\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\nba 2k9)

try it with the original .exe it may work or you may have to lookfor
the new .exe file.

yes, just do not load the ball file again when you start the game.
every time you start nba 2k9 and you want my patch in the game follow the
instruction.
