Is it possible to do the dribbling freestyle using keyboard? Or is it only for gamepad?

Just buy a gamepad! It's worth it. $29.95 for a Wingman Rumblepad, and you will love it!!!

Then it smart wait for Live.org back high so you knew how do it again.
(For normal users: Wait till Live.org is back up again to find out if it is or it isn't possible.)

to enable freestlye on keyboard, you have edit the custom .kfg file that the game created for you...you can find that in
my documents\nba live 2004\configs
let's say you named your controller profile
keyboard. the file you're looking for should be named
keyboard.kfg
there's another file named
aftershock.jfg in the same folder. open that with notepad and copy lines 8 and 9 and paste them into
keyboard.kfg below the last
bind K_blah blah blah line.
replace
axis2 and
axis 4 with
K_"any key on the keyboard"
for ex.
bind K_N RYAXISCHANGE
bind K_M RXAXISCHANGE
now just save the changes the load up the controller profiles in the game
i should get paid for this

as I said in .org with that you define the freestyle for up and left, because you set a key for an axis move ( up-down axis, and left-right axis ). Anyone knows how to set keys for all the directions???

With that you define keys for the right analog joystick ( the one that is used for freestyle in the pads that have it ), and you can do freestyle in up and left direction. With N you do a step forward, and with M you can do crossover with the left hand.
Anyone has idea of how to bind the other directions?
