NBA 2k9 PC RELEASE DATE UNCERTAIN!!!

I called gamestop and ebgames, they said they weren't sure if they will get it on the 21st. I told them that the release date was 21st, they said it is but they were not sure if they will get it at that date. What about ur local game shop? will they have it on 21st?

They are not sure about the date! Gasp! It's the end of the world as we know it.

Depends if the ship date is 21st or if the street date is 21st.

You called up GameStop (EB Games is the same company) and asked. They checked the release dates and saw it was the 21st. But they don't care about the game so they haven't bothered to check if they're getting any copies so they have no clue if it's coming in then. Just swing by there or your local Wal-Mart on Tuesday, and if they don't have it, freak out, scream about the release date, and push over the magazine rack.

Yeah, maybe if you desperately need it on the 21st and the 21st is merely the ship date, you might not be able to find it. But if you're a sane and rational person who can wait a day or two for a video game, you'll just wander into a store sometime after release and pick up a copy.

i been anticipating for this game since 2 months ago on the PC, i think i waited long enough lol j/p

was planning on a Tuesday to go and buy it but i doubt it will be on shelves since its the shipping date.

My gamestop said it was out but they didn't have any yet.

The shipping date is the 20th and release date is supposed to be on the 21st. Except Gamestop is one of the only websites that lists this, but they don't even show the game as "ordered" when you call them, so most likely they won't get it on that day. And other sites, like Best Buy or even Amazon show a release date of 11/3/08. This sucks...

EDIT: I went to Best Buy and was told that if the 21st is the official release date, they should definitely have it by then.
