How Can I Improve My Nets Team?

What are some good trades or free agents i can sign to improve my dynasty New Jersey Nets team? Please help.
I have the latest Live 08 roster update and this is what the team looks like at the moment. I have -1.47m cap room.

I don't have the roster updates cuz i use 07 but i'll do the best i can to help you but, maybe you can trade swift and armstrong for either kaman or beidrans. If i knew the salaries of these players i could help you more. But i think that you should get rid of swift because he's getting older and he's going to decline pretty soon. Maybe you could add a young player in the mix and along with thosetwo players i mentioned and get yourself a draft pick, maybe a 1st rounder? How does that sound? Then you can draft a center, because i think that you really need a better starting center.

Thanks for your reply, that sounds like a good idea, Swift isn't that good really I didn't look at their ratings but Diop seems to be able to rebound and score easier even though all his "hot-spots" are cold/blue. I might try and get Bogut, I would like Dwight Howard but I have to think realistically what I can get for what I have, I'll try tradin Swift with Hassel, Armstrong and maybe Boone.
