Yes this is getting locked and for a very simple reason.

There is a NBA 2k sub forum, there is no need for these kind of threads in the NBA Live sections.


You guys need to realize that even if NBA 2k9 PC is patchable people are still going to play NBA Live PC for various reasons.


Do Not Create New Threads On 2k9 In The NBA Live Sections, period. Future topics will be flat out deleted.

To add to what Jaosming said, we are remaining an NBA Live website as there are still people who play NBA Live and are interested in mods, particularly for 07 and 06 if not for 08. Although we will look at what we can do for 2K9 and consider our options as far as expansion goes, we are still covering the NBA Live series and as such, these sections will remain.

Furthermore, if people still wish to play (and patch) NBA Live, that is their right. We do not need any more of these "Forget about Live, it's all about 2K9 posts" in the NBA Live sections and particularly in any thread where somebody asks a question about playing or patching NBA Live. Anyone who persists risks punishment as doing so is breaking the Forum rules regarding off-topic posts and spamming.

By all means make use of the NBA 2K Series section and as I said, we will look at expansion depending on what can be done with the PC version of 2K9. But please leave those topics out of the NBA Live sections, and leave anyone who wishes to post about NBA Live be. Thank you.
