Slow Loading After Patching

Hey does anyone else experience a significant slowdown in loading after patching? I batched the VC and AI cyberfaces and just like in live 2003 my loading time before a game starts more than doubled... is this normal?
And also, has anyone tried to create a beast of a new player (7'6" 250 lbs.) and noticed how huge the new custom heads are?!!

I have it too. If I set customart to 1 it takes like 5 min to start the game. Does anyone have a solution?

Someone said to download the nba live 2004 no cd crack and it should work... I downloaded it yesterday, but the file was corrupted and didn't work, so I'll find another one and try again... but I'm thinking, I don' t even hear the cd rom spinning or see the light showing cd rom activity, so how and a no cd crack help? Anyway, I'm sure someone's got an answer somewhere!

As long as you own the game the no cd patches are not illegal for your own use. which is what this person was trying to do.
