Did you use an online translator and get this from a foreign site? I really can't understand what the hell that post sais. If you can add specific keyboard/controller bindings to the JFG config files then I would like to know more.

For those who uses the keyboard to play NBA Live, they may not know there are other executable movements in the game and there are 4 Movements which are very cool.

One more point!! With these four movement players are able to execute movements which weren't possible previously in NBA Live games.

With that I'll first introduce to everybody the 4 Movement functions. The four keyboard alphabets are Z.X.C.V (you may change the alphabets to suit your preference)

Movement explanation:

Z: Super turns around (literally translated. I guess it's the spin move). In the game, it is not easy to execute this movement? Especially when you and the defender are face-to-face in close proximity-
Holding down Z will execute the spin move successfully.

X: Withdraws the step (literally translated. I think it's Pro-hop). Often you see players in NBA inside the 3 point line and he pro-hops outside the line and shoots. If you press continuously it can also be executed as a faking action.

C: This is also a fake action (fake left turn right)..This movementis often seen in the NBA for playerd like Jordan and Kobe whereby they fake one way and shoots the other way. If pressed continuously the action can appear like it's a dance step effect..which I think may result in a travel?

V: Similar to C (fake right, turn left).. If used in tandem with C, the action could throw the defender off-guard ~An act which I love to use. If pressed continuously it will have similar effect as C..Towards right

These four movements all may all be used in combination~How the combo effect turns out is for the users to see for themselves!...Suggest that after the keyboard modification, to go into individual practice mode to get a feel of the movements.

PS: IMO the Z key is not good~I have modified the settings to F. Z. X. C ~~ （F is for the fake action)

Basically u could open up a kfg file from the config folder with notepad, u could add:

and this would add spinmoves, other moves to the game?

One key on how to increase your defensive quality
How to increase the fake movement (seems contradictory to the title of the post above)
open C:\Documents and Settings\XXX\My Documents \ NBA LIVE 08 \ configs (using notepad), and add the following:

bind K_* FAKERANALOGD
bind K_* the FAKERANALOGL
bind K_* FAKERANALOGR
*denotes the alphabet you wish to assign

There is also a Direct Pass enhancement in NBA Live 08 (i.e bind K_* DIRECTPASS). when you're defending, hold down the Direct Pass key and the player will closely follow the dribbler (somewhat similar to Lockdown Defense I would think) as the defender will diligently followed the dribbler's footsteps, we may regard this as breakthrough defense?

Then what abt defensive shooting?
After much research, the ball handler is pumpfaking, attempting to shoot the defender will raise his two hands up. At the first moment when the shooter attempts a shot, the defender jump to block his shot (or emphatically rejects it)

The sentence when literally translated, it says to remove the code below; but after reading the next few sentences, I suspect he meant to include this code inside instead. You'll have to try this one out to see which is correct.
