Too bad there's no way I could squeeze in this wallpaper I've been working on. I found this great pic and didn't feel like wasting it on a sig.

I love the contest though , i might enter something down the road. Haven't had anything like this since the NLSC sig league hosted by Jae.

major bump.

Due to lack of contestants this kinda died, but I'd love to continue this in any way possible. Of course I can't do it alone, so everyboy who's interested please reply to this and we can see if it'll be enough.

I also noticed that last time the topics were too boring or repetitive, I just came up with the idea that it will be just a Sig Of The Week. No topics, no restrictions (well maybe only the size). So it's up to everyone to choose the sig you want to enter.

But even if there are enough participants just now, I kind of want to prevent that this dies again after the first week, I would want everyone to "sign a virtual contract" (lol) that you have to compete at least 5 to 10 SOTWs or something like that.
It would really suck, if everyone would be all fired up in the first week and all I get is one sig the next week.

So, what does everybody think?

This will die a quick death, again.

Most participants are just in it for the ego boost. After they won or fail to win, they will stop joining the contest because they already got the ego boost (after winning) or sulk and stop submitting entries (after they lost).
Just look at the sig request thread, it's pretty much useless because sig-makers would rather have their own thread for people to request sigs from them to show their sig-making l33tness.

Kudos on trying to revive the dead though.
