Any Hints on Signing F.A.

I really wanted to sign SAM CASSELL but i am over the cup by 17M...but what bugs me though is why some teams have some really overflowing cap space and I cant sign CASSELL...**I already used the Mid level exp. on Pj Brown...

Certain star players like cassell you can't sign to the minimum, maybe trade away if you can some of your high priced players to create cap space and then try to sign cassell.

why do you want cassell? Will he play off the bench? You should be investing your money in a proper pf, maybe trade one of jefferson, redd or melo for a big man
