Adding/Removing Players Through DBF Editor

I've been trying to add/delete players on the USA national team, how do i do this with the DB commander?

The process is the same as editing the All-Star teams.

how to edit the rating of custom rookies in dynasty...mode...??

Same way you edit anyone else's ratings, in the ratings columns in players.dbf.

I am having trouble with editing the learning rating and regular rating like field goal and 3 pt ratings. It doesn't save like the other stuff, such as hot spot ratings... Also can't edit sig shots of cpu generated rookies, I was trying to add Marion's sig shot to generated rookie but didn't work.

Try changing their ISGENERATE value to False and then editing their sig shot column. I'm not sure why you have to but it's worth a try.

yeah having the same problem as him. changed ISGENERATE to FALSE and yet all the changes i did are visible in the .dbf file but not in game. I thought it was possible to edit regen players?

I was under the impression that you still could, I don't have any explanation as to why the changes aren't taking effect in-game.

i finally found out why! there are 2 sets of generated rookies. even after you drafted them. One has under DELETED column FALSE inputed but the other has not. Edit the other one and you have the changes updated! I even managed to add tattos and CFs! Thanks andrew!
