Never expect him to be one of the guys who will play in Europe. Loads of nba players are now playing in Europe for "I dont know why" reason but I'd never expected Kemp to be one of them. Anyway, 38 isn't that old considering that Mutombo is still playing.

It was indeed an unexpected news. But I wonder if he'll be an added asset in the team or will they find him a liability instead?
Perhaps the lure of top dollars in Europe is the main reason for the sudden rush of NBA players signing for these teams...

Perhaps our need for water is the reason we all have taps in our houses... things like this we will never know

How is this unexpected? The guy has 80 kids and is obviously in need of money. He tried out for the NBA last season and never made it, so Europe is the logical option for him to turn to.

I hope he makes another wicked dunk that gets named after the fool that he posterizes, like the "Lister Blister".

i think he's too old to play again, considering that he had a long lay-off from basketball. mutombo can still play because he didn't quit playing basketball, even though he's only given limited time.

I actually thought he'd gone to Europe a couple of years ago when his NBA comeback attempt fell through.

He was my favorite player back in the day. Then he chose pizza/burgers as his best friends and started screwing anything that moves...Sad stuff, I wish him well.
