Where to put these 2 files same name and different size.

You can place one or the other in the sgsm folder. By default, that's C:\Program Files\EA Sports\NBA Live 08\sgsm.

They should have had different directories that tell you what they are. You can only use one or another, so choose your fate and put that file in the sgsm directory.

where do i get the player rotations? i cant seem to find it

If you installed the patch, go to your injured reserve screen. The rotations replace that screen.
