Don't forget to look into the player model editing. Maybe you can post the idea at 56.com. Your able to edit calves (thick calves fix), so it should be possible to make better arm shapes and custom calves

i have also tried to use their aiact but the problem is they are not too balanced and the fact that they said that there patch is there own work but the truth is they just edited the assignment.act file and compiled some of my works ....they didnt even put some credits to me..

ill try to see if i can improve their assignment.act file..
