portrait/cyberface help

i've just created a player
and i want to put the portrait and get a new cyberface for this player but i dont know how to get them.

i've tried downloading existing cyberfaces and portraits (ie. shaquille o'neal)
and then changed the file name to the new player's name but it didnt work..

is there a way to do this?

original, current, or working?

None of those; edit a saved roster instead.
