Sleeves and socks

Hi ...
Is it possible to make sleeves and socks more thicker, so you can see it's on arm or leg, because it looks like painted area on body ... I think on XBOX 360 version sleeves and socks are a bit thicker ...

If anyone can make them like that I would be very thankful ;)
