Fuck...................... Well first of all, thank you for posting this.

Looks like I might try and get this now, dammit, I did a basic yay, nay, and in Rock Band talley and came up with this

Ew
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (19)

Horray
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (17)

In RB in some way shape or form
xxxxxx (6) <Could be off

Those 17 songs are songs that I would really want to play on my fake instruments. So I'm going to wait for a used copy at my store and pick it up with the discount.

:-( Fucking Nottingham Grace, dammit, I need to find a GH custom for that right now.

EDIT:

I checked scorehero. They are banning people for 3 days for even mentioning the leaked setlist saying that its just some kid's wishlist. But those sites do ban people for leaking information so who knows what the real story is.

Lol yeah i've seen all that. There always trying to do that. It's because there associated with Neversoft and there not allowed to post leaked lists and shit. There trying to pass it off as a wishlist because all the people that have seen it are upset that their 'surprise' got ruined.

Btw samed thing happened last year when the exact same guy leaked GH3's setlist. They announced it a fake an everything and it turned out to be the exact same...

EDIT: Every song that has been announced or found out is on the list so far :D

Meh. Not a huge fan of much of that music. Some of my favorite bands are there, but with songs I'm not crazy about. I'll just rent both the games and just to the guitar careers anyway though.

Fri Jul 25, 2008 7:04 pm

On another note.
Soothsayer by Buckethead, Surfing With The Alien by Joe Satriani and For The Love Of God By Steve Vai just got released as DLC for GH3.

3 new Dragonforce songs are also coming in August

Fri Jul 25, 2008 9:39 pm

I'm not familiar with a lot of those songs but thanks to a couple of my friends I've become hooked on Guitar Hero lately so I might look at picking it up when it comes out.

Fri Jul 25, 2008 11:00 pm

Evidently more websites are calling it a fake now, take it or leave it.

Fri Jul 25, 2008 11:55 pm

Activision called it a fake

Sorry boys

Sorry boys

yeah i knew that, but im still remaining optimistic, because as i said they did the same thing last year in declaring it fake, but it turned out to be right...

Sat Jul 26, 2008 4:36 am

Too bad, it looks fun. I wish they could pick a better Pearl Jam song, but a lot of them looks fun to play. That is, if this goes from rumor to fact.

If its not too much trouble for ya, can you prove/show me that?

I'm being honest on that, I don't really care if you are right or not, I'm just curious.

Sat Jul 26, 2008 4:46 pm

I hope this isn't fake. I really like this list of songs!

Anyone know approximately how much it will cost AUD?

Sat Jul 26, 2008 8:31 pm

It's interesting to note that a "bulk" of the list has been declared fake, so there must be at least a few songs on the list that will be in the game.

Sorry man i tried to find it but i couldn't. I remember when it was leaked onto scorehero, some of the Neversoft staff (which have accounts on scorehero said it was fake) it turned out to be real obviously. The only thing i found just then was that the guy who leaked the GH3 setlist, also leaked GH2 and GH 80's. And as i said, it is the same person who has leaked this setlist.

Im gonna say around $350. Judging By Guitar Hero prices, game prices and the American prices...

American figures:

-Tentative Full Band kit: $189.99/$179.99 (360 and PS3/PS2)
-Tentative Guitar Only kit: $99.99/$89.99 (360 and PS3/PS2)
-Tentative Game only: $59.99/$49.99 (360 and PS3/PS2)

You could import it from the U.S though right?

Yeah true, but so far all the songs that have been announced are on the list, including songs that were on the list before they were announced such as NOFX. Also there alot of bands that have been confirmed, but no song and this leaked setlist has all those bands...

I guess we'll have to wait and see...
*fingers crossed*

Huge bump here but no sense in creating a new thread for a game that hasn't been talked about here since July last year.

Anyway, the newly released Bruce Springsteen pack can be downloaded free for a limited time. I wouldn't call myself a Springsteen fan but I couldn't go past free DLC.

My friend has the game and he brought The Killer's Mr. Brightside. I damn sure love playing it. Rebel Yell by Billy Idol is also a great song to play.
