NBA2kSTUFF Missing Legends Charles and Kareem 2004

To ring in the release of the new NBA Live 2004, NBA2kSTUFF has upgraded some of its original tools and programs and data to add initial compatibility for this new version!
1) Missing Legends Faces patch v1.0 - Add Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Charles Barkley to all your rosters! This patch dynamically adds Kareem and SirCharles to your 80's Allstar teams. you can optionally insert these graphics directly into the game ViV files for super fast loading, and without the use of custom art option!
these newly added players are placed on the INJURED RESERVES in roster position 12, an 13. use Roster RE_ORDER to put them into the starting line up if yu want. The graphix are average and can be replaced with your own later. this patch was made to test and update various original NBA2kSTUFF Programs and Data for compatibility for the new NBA 2004! it is being shared to provide a professional model of software installation for game addon patches for interested pacth developers!
2) GETNBA2kX - a utility program that makes your patches fool proof by being able to install patches from any folder by novice users. GETNBA2kX has been updated with compatibility to work for 2004, some international character sets and various operating systems , and ability to patch Data files for VARIABLE roster slot installs.
3) EAZIP - the Only viv file maintance utility that allows addition, deletion, and modifiation of ALL NBA Live version VIV file formats including BIGVIV! EAZIP has been updated for NBA2004 format file differences, and fixes for ADD/Replace bug when adding fils to VIV across different drives (C:,D:, etc).
4) MDBF - a full program scripting Installation engine that allows complete DBF customization and installation of All Electoric Arts computer games, has been updated for 2004 DBF compatibity.

GETNBA and MDBF are extremely powerful and versatile tools for patchers IMO. It is definitely worth the effort to learn how to use them...

hello friends!
well, for some time i have been having to prepare for a long business trip i will be going on. i'll be traveling and be gone for sevral months, and i wanted to bring the new versionof the live2k4, so i could study all the new features and stuff while i was away. unfortunalelt the work laptop i am using is unable to play this new version due to insuffient memory, etc. so i will only be able to do some preliminary investigations and analysis during this time.
i find the new 2k4 quite a spectular release that EA has made! super work once again! i didn't think it was possible, but it really has the potential to be the best version yet!
well as i am away, i'll still look to see about migrating additional and old tools for the new version. i'll have only (unknown) limited internet access but will check in the website and hopefully get that forum back up. we lost a lot of data during a server, crash so that was very costly.
so i hope you all keep examining the new strucures and findany new options they hav made avaible to help us do customizations, etc.
and we will try to update the historic collection soon as we have the time when i return (and figureout all the neccessary tasks), so thatwill be most fun to be able to play that with the new animations and gameplay inthe new 2004!!

Don before you go do you think you will get a chance to look into the custom art issue and maybe make a patch for that? b/c it's very unstable and crashes when I try to play one-on-one mode! thanks and ps have a great trip talk to you when you get back I'll start to convert all the old school jerseys
