Customart + retired jersey = Crash the game

one of the first thing i tried is to put customart 1 in the xstartup file

The custom's face works but when i go to retired jersey in My Nba Live et i clik on the arrow to go back.... nba live crash...
The same thing for the one to one...

If i put customart 0 then all these things work.

If thaht's happen to somebodyelse ?Is anyone have got a solution for this problem ?

And what's the line for the showfps in the console? Because i tyoe r_showfps 1 and it's do nothing....

maybe we make to choose retired jersey or custom's face

do U kow which file are for retired jersey.... Perhaps we can extract their texute in an appropriate folder...I can't do that because i'm in work but if somebody can find this texture.... this will be great

Happened to me to If you use the arrow back on a lot of screens it crashes.

Happens to me too, especially when I'm scrolling the rosters--and when I tried playing the National team.

I guess I'll be the first to say it. There may be no stable patching this year. Sad to say but I had one tatoo in for Carlos Boozer and it crashed.

Possible fix: I have my Customart 1 below Customart 0 but above the other two listings. If we put it below lets see...

You think that's bad? My game crashes because the players wont load in the game!! I tried doing that custom art deal and either way it still crashes. Its like my players graphics files are messed up or something... Maybe thats what the delay was about... they couldnt figure out how to make it run on pc...

You think we can batch in the files. Stick em right in the viv

We can stick them in the .viv with the program discussed here and it works, just make sure you have the faces and all .o files including suit in the xplayer folder coresponding to your player. You do not need custom art 1 you need this program.

I'd rather not install things to viv files...cause it makes uninstalling the face a hassle. Installing faces via folders is more efficient for me.

The game crashes for when i sign free agents and when i try to play 1 on 1. The problem seems to happen when customart 1 is set. We need a patch Timmy Tim

I want to patch to the.viv... But I have no clue how to use EAZIP, how do I do it?

Thug is right, we need a patch................ that writing to the .viv file is old school; was that Live99? It's a bitch when you want to remove a face.

This is real bad. If we don't get a patch, we have to put up with crappy facves all year! WHHHY!

my game crashed 3 times between last nite and this morning when i was trying to start my dynasty also the loading times are long again with customart...maybe thats just my system since i havnt defraged in months

I have only had my system crash once and that was when I first tried to start a season. The only thing that bugs me is that my screen freezes at the beginning of the game like at the tip off. I think that shappens only because I kick up the graphics. I think it would suck if we can get a patch to fix this so much of the game is taken away if we can patch. Oh, hey I do have one question, how in the world do you get the zoom generations on lebron or any other player for that matter.

It does suck, but it isn't as bad as it seems. Using a program called Vivmagic, I compiled my created players fsh files from 2003 in a player viv, compiled the xplayer viv back with my player added. You don't have to change any settings, whatever files are in the location you are compiling from will be added to the viv, so you have to make sure only player viv files are in there. It renamed my original xplayer xplayer001, if i ever have any problems I can decomplie the new one, add or change whatever i need to, recompile and be playing in 5 minutes, or i can change back to the original. More of a bitch than last year, but customart is off and my game isn't crashing, but i still have my created players with faces.

Most importantly, we can still patch.
