Obviously the Blazers. Kevin Pritchard's managed to pull off all these moves to build a solid young core.
The Bulls would come a close second, that is if they manage to re-sign both Gordon and Deng.

I think Bulls has it. Thomas, Gordon, Deng have all all-star potential. Just to name a few.
Of course the Blazers have it the most. Only one player is over 30, and he doesn't even fit in the rotation.
But for now, I think the Blazers have more youth potential.

The young guys on their roster should all become at least solid players, if not stars. Devin Harris? 14/7 on 50% shooting last season, should be even better with a full year in New Jersey especially if they deal Vince Carter. Marcus Williams? Good potential too. CDR is a "baller". Then they have a good set of young forwards: I don't think any will be All-Stars but they are capable as solid starters.
