So who's gonna make the Fleet and Conseco?

Thu Nov 13, 2003 11:58 am

It's really sucks that my favorite team has a crappy generic arena because EA couldn't get the proper licensing rights to the FleetCenter. Has anybody been working on creating a proper FleetCenter and Conseco Field House?
I hope it's possible to completely edit an arena..it'd be disappointing if there wasn't a way.
Also, has anybody been able to modify the embedded menu music? I tried importing the original songs into the EA Ditty Importer, but they were all garbled up and were screwy.

Did it work? sadly--I don't think EA is going to ever let us put our own ditties (in game music) in the games  --Or I haven't figured it out yet :?:

I know I hate rap and hiphop. I will also look into the stadium issue.

Thanks, Pirate.

Yea, for MVP Baseball 2003, I just used the EA Ditty Importer to put in my own custom music in the game. I just replaced "xsong4.asf" (or whatever the number of the song you want to replace is), with the same title of a file I create using Ditty Importer, only it is a song I personally enjoy. It worked like a charm, and I got rid of "The Donnas". I hope I can do that for Live.
In fact, I'm gonna try it now and see if it works.

it sucks that in practice you can only play in gym and nowhere else and no more beach court but i saw that you can play in other team stadiums cause when i went to play exibition you had choices other then the visitor team and home team...

Alright, I put my own custom music in the game.
It's quite simple, as long as you have EA Ditty Importer, or another EA Sports video game music file.
Just backup the file that you want to get rid of just in case something goes wrong (it shouldn't).
Take the asf file you want to input into the game, and just rename it as one of the 'xsong' asf files. I overwrote xsong2, and it got rid of Jermaine Dupri's song. Now we just have to find out the rest of the songs corresponding numbers...

Sean Paul is Number 1 I believe because when i loaded up my PS2 Sean Paul played  Like the song says "Sean Paul, Numba One"

Yes it worked, but two of EA's songs stayed in on the menu screen music for some reason. :?
