New League ~ The ICBA

The ICBA (Intercontinental Basketball Association) is an online simulation league that uses the NBA Live 06 game and a edited roster. In the ICBA, the General Managers have complete control of their teams, just like the NBA's GMs and they also have some special control that the owner's have. From trading, to drafts, to team relocation, to the D-League, you have the power to change your team however you want. But there's a catch, there's a GM rating and if your fans and city isn't satisfied with you being GM, then the rating drops. If the rating ever dips below -10, you will be fired from being GM and someone will assume the GM position of your team. Every ICBA season will be simulated on NBA Live, and box scores and other screenshots are posted.

I have proposed another league that will be using Human vs Human games. That will be available once I have finished that up. The Human vs Human league will be played on NBA Live 08 with updated rosters and will be played in real time. More information will be posted in the mere future.

Your requesting of a team is a promise of staying active during whatever time of the season. We will keep track on who has been logging on and who hasn't, and we will remove GMs who have been inactive. We would only like active and committed members to join. To register as a team, use the navigation bar on the left and "Forum" and post something that acknowledges that you want a team and please leave an AIM/MSN contact. Please note that you must be registered in order to post something.
