how to releaese international players to nba team

ok the knicks pickes the italian stailion. how do i take him from off the international team and add him with knicks roster?
i tryed to do it in the sign and release menu but
it wont show any international teams
can i get some help on how to do this any one?

You'll need to trade him through DBF editing. Alternatively, you can change his TEAM to 50 to place him in the Free Agents pool and sign him that way.
